Service worker bundled with WP BOX now has a better caching logic, it serves versioned files from cache first, then tries network. Also uploads and fonts folder requests.
As for the other requests, they remain served from network first, and fallback to serving from cache.
Note how browsing website is now a lot smoother, as resources are stored locally.
